Limenly runs on servers in Germany. ID details are encrypted before they are stored, every hotel can only see its own guests, and the database is backed up every night. We don't sell or share guest data. Read the privacy notice.

Questions hotels ask
Do guests need to install an app?
No. They open the link from their email in their phone's browser.
Does Limenly replace my booking system?
No. It works next to it. You add reservations by hand or import a CSV file. We don't connect to booking systems yet.
What does the pilot involve?
A short call to set up your hotel, then you use Limenly for real arrivals. We check in with you and ask what is missing. You can stop at any time.
What will it cost after the pilot?
We haven't set prices yet. Pilot hotels will hear from us first, and nothing is charged without your agreement.
Where is guest data stored, and who can see it?
On servers in Germany. ID details are encrypted, and only your hotel's staff can see your guests. More in the privacy notice.
Which languages does it support?
Check-in pages and emails are in English for now. More languages are planned.
Can I have my data deleted?
Yes. Write to hello@limenly.app and we will delete your hotel's data.
